learn to Tango.... Class and Milonga - Sunday, May 20th

You say your not good at dance...? Stop putting it off any longer and start the inward journey that proceeds one step at a time and where every step is a destination. It will show you a new and exiting way of being "in the moment". It may "take two to tango", but it only takes one to learn!

On Sunday May 20th, there will be a class in Argentine Tango at “The Stone Church” on Main St. (at Grove St.) in Brattleboro. The class will teach the fundamentals of this famous dance in such a way as to facilitate the newcomer to be able to have a “Tango Moment” in a very short time. The teaching will focus on: connecting to a partner and to the music, easy issues of balance, being in the moment, and the “Tango walk”. The two hour class begins at 1 pm and the class will be followed at 3 pm by a “Milonga” dance Party for class participants and for all experienced Tango dancers. The cost of the class is fifteen dollars, ten dollars for the “Milonga” or just twenty dollars for both. Smooth, hard soled shoes or high heels are recommended.
