Intro to the Mechanics of Chanting
Half-day Workshop June 30th 10am-1pmThis one- day workshop is an introduction to the class series: Sonosomatics 1: The Mechanics of Chanting
Participants will have the opportunity to experience:
sound as a somatic experience
an introduction to the concepts of how sound creates form learn basic techniques for improving a mantra practice
pronunciation of Sanskrit vowels
The workshop will be held at Medicine for the People, in Putney, VT, at 125 Main St, on June 30th, from 10am-1pm. The cost is $75.
