Sun Ledge Farm - local meat shares
For a few years now, we have been raising meat animals on our farm at the top of Sun Hill Road and delighting our costumers with our products. Our goal has been and remains to grow the healthiest food possible. Caring for the animals, the crops and the soil is our primary focus.

In the 2012 season, we will be growing lambs and chickens in a limited number: buy your share as soon as possible! Chickens
6 Chickens per share. Our chickens are raised on open pasture and are fed organic grain.
Share Price: $150 – $50 deposit by August 1st
What you get per share: 6 whole chickens (w/giblets). Whole chickens average about 5 lbs and range from 4lb to 6lbs.

Lambs
1 lamb per share. ½ Shares available. Our lambs are raised on pastures all summer long.
Share price: $7.5/Lbs.
Approximate weight of lamb meat is 45 to 50Lbs.
Deposit $150 by August 1st, balance at delivery.

Where and When to get it: Pick up at the farm, 120 Plowden Road or arrange delivery. Chickens will be available at the end of September, lambs at the end of November.
