Educating Our Kids Together: The Communities of Brattleboro, Guilford, Dummerston and Putney

The WSESU ACT 46 Study Committee invites you to learn about: Educating Our Kids Together: The Communities of Brattleboro, Guilford, Dummerston and Putney

November 15, 2016 at 6:00pm Dummerston School

The evening will start with a presentation about Equity by Stephen Morse, Chair of Vermont’s State Board of Education

Formed in October 2015, your Act 46 WSESU Study Committee has worked to craft a plan that supports all of our local schools. This plan fulfills the requirements of education law Act 46 by offering substantial equity in the quality and variety of educational opportunities, lead students to achieve or exceed the VT Education Quality Standards, maximize operational efficiency, promote transparency and accountability, and deliver public education at a cost that parents, voters and taxpayers value.

Please attend to learn how our communities can work together to educate all of our children. Your informed VOTE on this in December and March will determine how our communities move forward under the Act 46 education law.
