THE ARTS CONGRESS FOR CREATIVE CHANGE-MAKING
The Arts Congress for Creative Change-Making is a self-organizing event about art, artists, the spirit of the arts community, supporting one another, seeking to create a better world, and seeing what artists can create when they come together to dream and collaborate. This event is a part of ARTstravaganza and is in partnership with Arts Alive!, the Arts Council of Windham County, local artist and organizer Stephen Dotson, and the Asian Cultural Center. People coming together are from Windham (VT), Cheshire (NH) and Franklin (MA) Counties, and those from localities surrounding these counties, are welcome to participate. Coffee, tea, and snacks available.
