We are looking for information regarding an illegal dumping at the recycling bins at the fire station. The Highway Department cleaned up an entire dump truck load of household items, trash etc. on Friday, June 24, 2016. It appears that someone may have cleaned out their garage. This is illegal and costs the town money. Anyone with any information regarding this illegal dumping is asked to contact Cynthia Stoddard, Town Manager, 802-387-5862 ext. 11 or tm@putneyvt.org.
Please note that this site is only for recycling items that are appropriate to put in the bins. No other items are acceptable to leave at the site and doing so is illegal. There is no swap shop at the site.
