Masonic Hall on Kimball Hill in Putney For Sale

(From Ward and Maria Ogden)
Hello all -

Maria and I have decided to sell the Masonic Hall here in Putney. We purchased the building in 2002 with the specific intention of remodeling to accommodate Sajen. The town was at risk of losing their many jobs at the time, as they had outgrown the building, and were looking for additional space. Since then, they have moved up the street so the building is vacant. Instead of redeveloping it for another tenant, we would prefer to sell it outright. We have had several prospective buyers, and one we are still working with, but we figured it was time to officially get the word out.
