A gift to the world from the Ural Mountain region of Russia, Kombucha is considered by many to be the soft drink of the 21st century. This refreshingly delicious, slightly effervescent beverage made from sweetened tea is a powerful aid to the body's natural cleansing process, a boost to the immune system and a proven prophylactic against cancer and other degenerative diseases.

During this workshop Tim will demonstrate how to start a batch of Kombucha, answer questions and talk about the "double brew" method he uses to make flavored Kombucha. Also, 1 or 2 lucky individuals will leave with their very own mother!
