What has been offered , work by Bonnie Mennell, on display at Putney Library

What has been offered – 2016
Bonnie Mennell’s work, on display at the Putney Public Library for the months of August and September, seeks to offer the simple inherent forms, colors, beauty in what catches her eyes, her heart and her tactile senses as she moves through her days – be it scraps of paper, pieces of tree bark, grasses, seed pods, shells, stones, broken bits of loved objects, sticks, flower petals, leaves, corn husks, feathers…
Her pieces slowly emerge as she lives with her findings…and they evolve and change with the passing of time and that is part of their fascination for her as an artist. Her wish is that we all may find wonder in our surroundings.
Bonnie’s work can be viewed during the Library’s regular hours: Monday – Friday 10:30 to 6pm , Saturday 10am to 1pm.
Putney Library is located at 55 Main Street in Putney, VT. This program is free and open to the public.
