Reminder to Putney property owners, the third installment of 2018 property taxes are due on or before February 15, 2019. Penalties at 8% and interest at 1% will be assessed February 16, 2019. Please have your payments in our office no later than 4:00 pm on Friday, February 15, 2019 close of business day.
If you are two years in arrears you risk tax sale proceedings. If you have a property tax payment agreement and are not current with your agreement and are two years in arrears, you risk tax sale proceedings. We urge you to review your agreement.
