The Selectboard and Town Manager understand the destructive nature of hate in our community. In order to adequately recognize the impact on Putney’s Jewish community caused by the vandalism on 8.22.2021, the town’s unfortunate delayed response to the situation and to respect those celebrating Rosh Hashanah, we are rescheduling Wednesday’s Selectboard meeting. The meeting will be held Thursday, 9.9.2021 at 5:30 pm. A full agenda will be posted no later than Wednesday. Our work is not done. We are confident that we can and will do better.
