October Update: Roofing and Rough-in, Leasing has not begun
The leasing for these apartments has not begun, there are no applications or waitlists. We will be opening applications about three months before completion. Completion is currently estimated for beginning of June.
Monthly Construction Update: A lot of growth has happened on this site over the last month. Building One now has the roof and windows installed, Building Two is currently getting the roof trusses installed. We are on track to have the buildings dried in before snow flies. Rough-in has begun, this is the installation of plumbing, electric, and HVAC systems.
If you are a Putney organization, group, or business and would like applications on hand for when that process begins in the Spring, please reach out to Marion mmajor@homemattershere.og. Please note that these apartments have not been leased up and there is no waitlist. There will be one and two bedroom apartments, income eligibility will range from area low to moderate incomes.
