🚧Alice Holway Drive Update: Working the interior, progress going smooth enough, leasing to begin soon.
The crews on site continue to make good progress on Alice Holway Drive buildings. Crews have been doing a lot of interior work and we’re excited about the progress since we’re able to begin the leasing process a little earlier than originally anticipated. We’ll be able to start accepting applications beginning mid-February. A sign will be going up at the job site and next week we’ll be bringing paper applications to the organizations and businesses who requested to have these on hand. You’ll be able to access applications online, paper applications at our office, Putney Cares, the Town Hall, The Sweet Spot Cafe, the Diner, the Food Shelf and flyers will be distributed. The Planning Commission also had a stack available at the Future Putney event on the 28th. If you’re interested in applying, please add your contact info to the notification list on our website and select Putney as your town of interest to receive announcements directly to your inbox. It’s critical that these applications be filled out completely. A tutorial will be posted on the listing site. They will be processed first complete application, first serve.
