You may have noticed a mini excavator on Alice Holway Drive property and some survey posts. We’re prepping for construction to get underway! The mini is working on access for construction and wells will begin drilling for the ground-source heat pumps which will be the heat source for the two buildings. Construction will be underway in mid-late April and the groundbreaking celebration will be in early May. The page has updates, FAQs, and rendering of the buildings as well as an infographic that illustrates income eligibility in WWHT properties.

Leasing for this property has not started and will begin when the construction is near completion next year. We will be sharing here and iputney, Putney front porch forum and posting flyers etc. We hope you’ll also share within your networks at that time. Thanks!
