Gather your friends, family, neighbors or co-workers and form a team for the third annual Hospice Amazing Hunt! The Hunt is a giant scavenger hunt fundraiser that benefits the multitude of free programs for Brattleboro Area Hospice. The Hunt will take place in downtown Brattleboro on Saturday, September 28th from 12:30-3:30 pm.
Teams of up to four people scatter throughout downtown competing to find hidden places, discover unknown places in Brattleboro, and to learn some Brattleboro history. You have two hours to find things like: the yellow VW Bug, the car with the Nevada license plate, the Lisa McCormick CD or the building with the 1931 cornerstone.
One past participant, Libby Lafland said, “there is something so fun about a scavenger hunt, it’s a great way to discover our town of Brattleboro through clues. We saw buildings, landmarks, people, local businesses in a new way, talked and met new people as well. There is so much to discover in our town. I loved it and would happily do it again.”
Enjoy some team fun while working to raise charitable support for Brattleboro Area Hospice. Teams are expected to raise at least $100 towards BAH.
