Putney Annual Town Meeting: The Annual Town Meeting will be held by Australian ballot. All active Putney voters were mailed Town Meeting absentee ballots on February 10, 2021. There is an Informational Meeting via Zoom at 10:00 AM this Saturday, February 27, 2021. The link and additional resources on the Informational Meeting may be found here: https://www.putneyvt.org/ If you intend to vote absentee, please use the secure drop box at Putney Town Hall to make sure your ballot is returned in time to be counted. The drop box will be checked regularly with the last collection at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, March 2, 2021. In-person voting with limited capacity and Covid-19 safety protocols will occur on Tuesday, March 2, 2021 at the Putney Fire Station, 21 Carl Snyder Dr., Putney, VT. The polls will be open from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. If you intend to vote in-person, please bring the ballot you were sent in the mail.
The Windham Southeast School District (WSESD) Annual Meeting: The WSESD Annual Meeting is also being held by Australian ballot. Information on the WSESD Meeting may be found here: https://www.wsesu.org/ In-person voting on all school articles will also take place on Tuesday, March 2, 2021 at the Putney Fire Station, 21 Carl Snyder Dr., Putney, VT. The polls will be open from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
