WIndham 4 District residents (Putney & Dummerston Vt) are invited to a Legislative Session Preview on Zoom, Monday December 29 at 6:30pm, hosted by State Representative Mike Mrowicki.
Among the concerns we are facing this session include;
-Keeping Our Hospitals Open and addressing the costs and accesibility of Health care / Insurance
-Public safety
-Eduction Costs and Quality
-Housing
-Transportation:How do we keep up with Roads and Bridges Maintenance as Transportation Fund is down, especially because Sales are down with accompnaying sales tax down.
-Dealing with Federal Chaos including hordes of armed , masked groups stalking the nations streeets.
-Keeping Vermont’s Economy moving forward, especially with the loss of Canadian dollars because of the current Presidents insults and polciies. This loss of revenue will impact many parts of state governmetn including our ability to “buy down” prepoty tax rates and lower tax bills.
Residents of the Windham 4 District are invited to jon their State Representative to discuss these and other topics as we head into the 2026 Legisaltive session.
