Work on the Alice Holway Drive building foundations continues this month as well as the installation of the underground utility for electrical systems. The next step is framing the buildings. The framing is panelized and already partially assembled for installation. This means that we can expect the buildings to grow pretty quickly. Framing should take the better part of August. We aim to have the building dried in by winter- this is the milestone where all walls and roofs are in place.

The Alice Holway Drive development will be 2 new buildings that provide 25, highly energy efficient apartments in Putney’s village center with set rents to meet a range of moderate and low household incomes. The development will include community space and office for on-site staff as well as programming through resident support SASH For All.
