Stormwater management systems are being placed on site at Alice Holway Drive. This involved excavating two holes for the systems to be placed in. One in the rear of the building the other under the parking lot. After these systems are placed, the sitework will continue with laying utilities and beginning the building foundations. Sub-contractors were selected through bidding process. Alice Holway Drive will be 25 new homes in two buildings. Construction began in Spring 2025 and is slated to complete in summer 2026.
