Alice Holway Drive achieved an air leakage rate of 0.063 CFM/sf at 75Pa, exceeding its target of 0.1 CFM/sf at 75Pa. This represents a 37% improvement over the Efficiency Vermont High Performance Building standard, ensuring an extremely tight thermal envelope. Coupled with whole-building energy recovery ventilation and ground source heat pumps for heating and cooling, Alice Holway Drive will provide 25 healthy, comfortable energy efficient homes.

Utilizing the exiting utility work happening at Alice Holway Drive, the Putney Community Gardens were able to install a standalone water supply in the Garden, providing a consistent and convenient access point for gardeners. WWHT was happy to assist in providing this resource to the Community Gardens, and are excited to see this space flourish.
