Cooking Class: An Evening in Tuscany April 25th

NEXT STAGE COOKING CLASS – April 25th 6:00pm – 9:00pm

Next Stage is excited to begin offering cooking classes in our new commercial kitchen. Please join us for An Evening in Tuscany with Linda Stavely. Linda helped start the Common Ground restaurant in Brattleboro, she started and ran The Portable Feast in Keene at the Colony Mill Marketplace, and has been teaching cooking classes in the Keene area for over 20 years. Her classes are fun and informative!

This class will be a mix of demonstration and hands on making a delicious Italian dinner, and learning to make fresh pasta (everyone will take some home). The class will cook and dine together (wine included)!

Pasta: Spinach & Cheese Ravioli

Entree: Chicken Piccatta
Risotto with Parmesan & Fresh Peas
Fresh Asparagus

Salad: Green Salad with homemade dressing

Dessert: Coviglie al Caffe (a simplified Tiramisu)

Beverages: Wine and Coffee will be served
