Earth Bridge Community Land Trust located in Southeast Vermont and Southwest New Hampshire, is seeking candidates for a part-time Coordinator position, to start as soon as possible. Earth Bridge Community Land Trust – Coordinator

The Coordinator will report directly to the Board of Directors and will work with the Board to provide executive leadership in accomplishing the Earth Bridge Community Land Trust (EBCLT)purposes, mission and strategic goals. Other key responsibilities will include fundraising, marketing and community outreach. The Coordinator will assist in leading EBCLT in the accomplishment of EBCLT mission and strategic goals, and to perform designated operational and administrative duties.

4) Organization Operations:

• Provide executive leadership in accomplishing the mission of EBCLT
• Attend monthly Board Meetings, Annual Meeting, Board Retreat, and other special meetings
• Supervise contracted notetaker for Board Meetings, directed by the Board Secretary
• Be a point of contact for the EBCLT Board, Committees, Short-Term Action Groups (STAGs), Notetaker, and external stakeholders
• Ensure that board decisions regarding accomplishing EBCLT mission are carried out.
• Prepare documents, correspondence, reports, drafts, and emails
• Plan, schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments
• Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings
• Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from Board requests and other meetings
• Report back to the Board with updates on all actions, requests, projects, etc.
• Participate in and provide administrative support to Committees and STAGs
• Organize, attend and participate in fundraising in conjunction with the Land Acquisition Committee
• Establish and oversee office policies and procedures
• Fulfill administrative duties for the organization and board

• Proficiency with basic computer operating systems and programs such as:
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Google Workspace (Docs, Drive, Calendar)
• Survey monkey, Mail Chimp, Doodle
• Zoom
