Please join us for the second presentation in the “DEATH MATTERS” series co-sponsored by Putney cares and the Putney Public Library next Monday Nov 10 from 7-8:30 pm at the Putney Public Library, Main St. Putney

Jonathan Secrest will present this overview of estate planning addressing the most important aspects of estate planning, including wills, trusts, durable powers of attorney, and advance directives for healthcare. We will address tax issues, how to properly title your assets, providing for children with special needs, and planning for long-term care in order to avoid having your assets pass to a nursing home or the State. There will be a focus on planning that avoids some common but costly mistakes.
