Decatur Creek with Nick Badaracco at Stage 33 Live
Regional favorites Decatur Creek play on Sunday, May 12, with Nick Badaracco opening. Their original music is influenced by traditional roots and Americana, straight-up country, folk, and blues. Heartfelt and incisive songs with warm vocals and tight harmonies over crisp musicianship, smothered in soul, energy, and wit. Decatur Creek started in 2012 with three individually accomplished musicians — Steve Dionne, Doug Farrell, and Jack Henry. Beth Eldridge of The Bradford Bog People and The Hardtacks joined the band in 2016. Doors at 5:00, music at 6:00. It’s Mother’s Day, bring a mom. All entry donations go to the band — a minimum of $5 is suggested, more if you can. Stage 33 Live is a volunteer-run nonprofit that hosts listening events in an old factory building at 33 Bridge Street in Bellows Falls, Vermont. Seating is limited to 40. The performances are recorded and filmed for radio, TV, and the internet. 33 Bridge Street is an accessible space. Stage 33 Live isn't a bar, club, restaurant, theater, or state-of-the-art facility... just good folks doing a fine thing. Stage 33 Live allows only original material.
