The Pirate, The Princess and The Pea by Crabgrass Theatre

On Saturday March 30 at 11 am and 2 pm The Pirate, The Princess and The Pea plays at Sandglass Theater as part of the Winter Sunshine Series of puppet shows for families. A pirate and a princess are each searching for hidden treasure. The princess stays one step ahead of the pirate with every clue. They quickly discover the benefits of cooperation! Inspired by their success, the pirate and his new princess friend sail off together in search of further adventure. About the artists: Crabgrass Theatre is an award-winning touring puppet theatre founded in 1982 by Jamie Keithline and Bonny Hall. Jamie and Bonny met in 1979, while performing in Laughingstock!, a puppet-and-actor production at the University of Connecticut in which Bonny played Jamie’s father.
