The Wyld Nightz Band at Wardsboro Town Hall
On Friday, June 22, The Wyld Nightz Band returns for Wardsboro Curtain Call’s annual dance party. The Wyld Nightz Band was formed over ten years ago in Brattleboro. Founding members Michael McKinney (guitar, trumpet, vocals) and Jeff Brewer (guitar, vocals) have worked to emphasize dance music with exciting ensemble playing. Fred "Freighttrain" Epstein (drums) and Matt Martyn (bass guitar) anchor the rhythm section, while keyboard duties and vocals are covered by Tony Speranza. Anthony Speranza Jr. appears regularly on Alto & Tenor saxophones. With over 150 years of combined performing experience, The Wyld Nightz Band has won best band honors in 2015, 2016 and 2017 in the Best of Brattleboro Reader's Choice Awards. www.wyldnightzband.com All shows are in the Wardsboro Town Hall Café, Main Street, Wardsboro, and feature excellent refreshments and BYOB. Pot Luck Supper before the show, so doors will open at 6:00 pm. Bring your favorite dish to share – and your dancing shoes. Admission is $15 at the door. WCC's proceeds from 50/50 raffle, sales of WCC merchandise, and donations to the 'Refreshment Jar' benefit Wardsboro Fire & Rescue.
