Think Like a Housing Developer!
Join the Putney Planning Commission on Thursday, April 10 at 6:30 PM at Landmark College's Student Cafe Court for a Zoning 101 overview and activity about Putney's Zoning Bylaws.
We'll discuss changes to consider over the next year to update Putney's zoning regulations to encourage new construction as well as to renew, weatherize and expand existing housing in balance with affordability, Putney’s rural village character, economic development, natural resource conservation, and climate resilience.
