When – Sunday, July 3rd 3pm-5pm

What to expect – Legislators and community speakers leading us through our grief and outrage with updates and ideas – including Reverend Elisa Lucozzi, Rep. Emilie Kornheiser and Sister District Organizer Peg Alden. Rep. Mike Mrowicki will lead us in song. Announcement of the next Putney Huddle meeting where we will follow up on actions.

What to bring – Sunblock, water, chairs or blankets, ideas, hope, inspiration, signs if you would like to demonstrate before, during, or after. Keep in mind Twilight on the Lawn begins at 6pm.

Please do not park in the Tavern parking lot or in the spots in front of the General Store lot. Please do park on the Catholic Church side of town hall, on Christian Square, and utilize on street parking.

Bathrooms – There are no bathrooms on the green. If you need to use a bathroom, the general store does have one that they have given us permission to use. Please be respectful and buy something if you can.

Let me know if you would like to speak at this event or play music. You can call or text 802-380-4379.

Please pass this invitation along to anyone who you believe could benefit from coming together in solidarity at this time.

RSVP – Please RSVP to ThePutneyHuddle@gmail.com or on Facebook so we get some idea of how many folx to expect.
