Green Up Day is Saturday, May 1, 2021. We hope everyone will apply their excitement to get outside to Green Up Vermont. This act of community service and making our state shine is so good for our hearts, souls, and civic engagement—even at a distance. “Greening Up” is much more than the act of A DAY, it is a caring mindset that we teach our children, it is taking care of where we live for a healthy environment, and it is about connecting our communities with a goal for common greatness. Together, let’s make it a safe and hugely successful Green Up Day.
As in years past, Green Up Day supplies will be available for pick up at Putney Town Hall during the week before. A town truck will be at town hall on Green Up Day for you to drop off collected litter.
