Do you bring your kids to downtown Putney for Halloween? We hope so! The town is making an effort to make the lower section of Kimball Hill safer for our trick-or-treaters in the early evening. We are looking forward to a vibrant and fun downtown Putney on Halloween night! We are asking Putney families to donate candy that will be distributed to houses on Kimball Hill – those houses bear the biggest burden of trick-or-treating in our community, and we appreciate it! Please donate an unopened bag of individually wrapped candy! You can bring your donation to the Putney Central School office or The Putney Library by Friday, October 28, 2016.
