Halloween in Putney, road closure reminder

Kimball Hill will again be closed for Halloween Night, 10/31/24. The road will be closed from Route 5 to Signal Pine from 5-8pm (festivities will run from 5-7pm). Please check out the map (posted around town and at the Halloween in Putney, VT Facebook page) and think about what this traffic pattern will mean for you on Halloween night. If you are able to donate treats for the event, you can drop them off by 10/30/24 at one of these donation sites: Putney Central School, Putney General Store, Putney Diner, Putney Public Library, Rod’s Towing & Repair or the Putney Co-op. And there are still a few pumpkins left to carve at the top of Kimball Hill! They will be lit up on Halloween night.
