On Friday, Sept. 18, at 7:30 p.m., at the Marlboro Graduate Center, 28 Vernon St., Brattleboro, The Windham World Affairs Council is presenting Dr. Geof Dolman, PhD, who will talk on “Can Wealthy Countries Help Poor Countries and Improve Regional Peace?” Dr. Dolman is a rural development specialist with 18 years of experience managing international development projects in Nigeria, Tanzania, Afghanistan, etc. He now runs his own farm in Brattleboro.
