Join us from 2-3pm on the 3rd Monday of each month for Monthly Health Awareness, themed talks and presentations with the Community Nurse.
What are these monthly talks about?: Each talk will focus on a specific health topic or issue each month. These themed talks aim to raise public awareness, promote healthy behaviors, and encourage action on various health concerns.
What to expect?: We will have light refreshments. Some talks may include a screen or zoom presentation, and all will include an informal question & answer session.
