Join us from 2-3pm on the 3rd Monday of each month for Monthly Health Awareness, themed talks and presentations with the Community Nurse. For our first Monthly Health Awareness presentation the focus will be: Senior Solutions: How Can They Help Me? Susan Peters, Outreach Specialist at Senior Solutions, will share info about their services, provide referrals, and answer questions.
What are these monthly talks about?
Each talk will focus on a specific health topic or issue each month. These themed talks aim to raise public awareness, promote healthy behaviors, and encourage action on various health concerns.
What to expect?
We will have light refreshments. Some talks may include a screen or zoom presentation, and all will include an informal question & answer session.
These FREE monthly themed talks are hosted by the Community Nurse and are a program of Putney Community Cares and are supported by a grant from Community Nurse Connection.
