Come join candidate for state senate Nader Hashim, and The Stockwell Brothers, for a free concert and meet-and-greet! This event is scheduled to happen on Saturday, June 18th, from 12:00-3:00pm at The Stone Church.
Nader Hashim, a previously elected democratic state representative, is hoping to meet folks in Brattleboro and surrounding communities to hear about their concerns and questions regarding state government. During his previous term, Nader was a strong advocate for raising the minimum wage, paid family leave, the global warming solutions act, criminal justice reform, and protecting reproductive healthcare.
Additionally, The Stockwell Brothers, an Americana bluegrass/newgrass band from Putney, will be playing!
There will be snacks, ADA accessibility, and an ASL interpreter.
Remarks will begin at 2:00pm, with an introduction from Rep. Sara Coffey.
