Pie Making Class

In this hands on class you will learn everything you need to know about making pies from Taylor Burt. Taylor is a nutritionist, former pastry chef & educator with a particular lifelong passion for pies. After working in fine dining at various locales across VT, he found his calling in working directly with people and their food. He is very excited to help students overcome their fear of pie and/or expand the repertoire of even the most experienced baker.
The class will be making 5 varieties of pies with different crusts and toppings. You will leave this class with all your questions answered about making pies, and will have the confidence to make a host of pies for the holiday season. Students will bake and dine together, and share in the leftovers to take home (if any)!
