I am a certified and experienced yoga teacher (10+ years of teaching), offering group and private yoga classes to people who crave more freedom of movement, strength, flexibility, and connection. Through intelligent sequencing and my personalized approach, students learn how to listen to and care for their bodies leading to more self-awareness and self-love. I welcome all ability and experience levels in my classes and especially enjoy working with beginners.
