Putney Foodshelf is hosting a VT Fresh cooking demo during Open Hours on Tuesday, March 5th from 5:45-7 p.m. Delicious carrot fritters are on the menu. All visitors to the Foodshelf that night will have the opportunity to learn how make this simple meal, sample the fritters, and receive a recipe, along with the veggies that go in it.
The demo will be lead by two students from Keene State College who have been interning with VT Fresh, a program of the Vermont Foodbank.
