SAXTONS RIVER, Vt. – Main Street Arts will celebrate Broadway in a cabaret Saturday, March 9 at 7:30 matinees p.m.
Giving it that old Razzle Dazzle, a star-studded cast will entertain with classic show tunes and contemporary musical theater hits as a fundraising warm-up to its production of the musical “Chicago” later in the month at the Bellows Falls Opera House.
“Chicago” cast members Izzy Serebrov, Morganna Ekkens, Andrew Flaherty, Dominic DiBenedetto, Christy Wendlendt and Libby McCawley will offer a preview of the considerable talent they will bring to the stage. They will be joined by other cast members and MSA regulars Allie McGahie, Sally Regentine, Joey Blane, Brendon Thomas, Andrew Flaherty, Ron Bos-Lun, Kyla White, Meredith Pelton, Samantha Holmberg, Victor Brandt, Constance Bryan, Alani Besson, Dan Bennett and Zac Binney.
Musical director is Ken Olsson, with hosts Marilyn Tullgren and Gavy Kessler.

“Chicago” opens Thursday, March 28 for a two-weekend run, with shows Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 7:30 p.m. and Saturday matinees at 2 p.m. Assigned seats can be ordered on the website.
