About the Performers:
Rev. Yolanda & The Circle of Love is a joyful, interfaith, musical-spiritual experience featuring Rev. Yolanda, Freddy Freeman, Jay Freeman, and Tyler Wansley. Together, they create an inclusive space where everyone is welcome. Though longtime collaborators, the group officially debuted in February 2025 at the 30th Anniversary of The Winter Is a Drag Ball.

Meet the Artists:
Rev. Yolanda – A trans femme, gender queer singer/songwriter, performance artist, and interfaith minister from Muscle Shoals, AL. With 40+ years of creative work, she is a 2-time NYC MAC Award winner, NY Blues Hall of Fame and Stonewall Society Hall of Fame inductee, and creator of 9 original music albums. She gained a Vermont following in the 1990s through The Cherie and Yolanda Show.

Freddy Freeman (Goldenheart) – Award-winning singer-songwriter, music producer, and spiritual retreat leader. He created well-known LGBTQ+ events such as Bearapalooza and “Bear Your Soul” and has been a three-time Outmusician of the Year nominee.
Jay Freeman – A graphic designer, musician, dancer, and nature-lover. Jay and Freddy moved to NY in 2012, where they joined the Easton Mountain residential community and were legally married that same year.
Tyler Wansley – A therapist, musician, and former educator who brings queer history, healing, and spirituality into his work. He supports LGBTQ+ individuals through holistic therapy, guided meditation, and inclusive trainings—and is also an avid baker and fantasy fiction fan.
