You have your choice of fillets or smaller sized portions. Every piece of fish is individually vacuum packed. This fish is sustainably caught in one of the best managed fisheries in the world. We bleed and flash freeze it immediately when it comes on deck for the highest quality salmon. In Bristol Bay we use gill nets to catch fish, which means no bycatch and a very low environmental impact.
