Join our September Homebuyer Education class happening Sept 13th! Register by this Friday the 5th to participate. This course meets most down payment assistance pre-reqs. There are no income requirements to participate. Once you’ve completed the course you’ll be supported by one of our homeownership specialists as you navigate the homebuying process from credit building, budgeting, identifying down payment programs, to offers, to contract. We’re excited to work with you!

This course is $99 per household NOTE If you are a current resident with WWHT and are up to date on rent, the fee is waived.
