The Windham Regional Commission (WRC), in collaboration with partners, ValleyNet and Rural Innovation Strategies and Windham Region towns, is surveying households and businesses to determine the feasibility of providing high-quality, high-speed and reliable fiber internet connections to all those who are interested. The online survey can be found at the link below. Paper copies are also available at the Town Hall and the Putney Library. We will also have them available at Town Meeting.
