She is currently training with a cohort led by Rhiannon and choreographer Margie Gillis in the Murmuration Project in Montreal, a training in vocal and movement improvisation for performance. She travels regularly and teaches a unique blend of music, theater arts, nature connection, and body-centered improvisation. Cara believes singing is a survival skill that helps individuals and communities thrive.
