CALLING ALL WINDHAM COLLEGE ALUMNI:
It’s time for a reunion.
Plans are in the works for late September (25-27) when Landmark College celebrates its 30th year. This is the institution that since 1985 has occupied the former Windham campus. The dates are during foliage season, so make hotel/motel reservations soon.
Windham alums (which includes those who attended the College but did not graduate) will meet at the Marina restaurant on Friday evening, 25 September from 6:00-9:00 p.m. The Marina is located at 28 Spring Tree Road (off Route 5 on the West River [exit 3, I-91]; telephone: 802-257-7563. Note that the Theatre group is planning its own earlier gathering—check the Windham Survivors Facebook page and www.windhamcollege.org.
We are especially invited to attend Landmark’s Saturday barbeque lunch at which time the once-missing-now-found Windham College sign will be permanently placed (with dedication and ribbon cuttings, etc.) in the Alumni Hall Dormitory’s garden. Note that this dorm was formerly-named Hendricks Hall in an earlier era (smile).
