For complete beginners and those seeking continued understanding of basic yoga poses.
In this class you will be introduced to yoga postures, the fundamental principles of alignment, and breath work through step-by-step verbal description and demonstration. If you have never tried yoga this is the class for you! It is also designed to meet the needs of those seeking continued understanding of basic yoga poses.
Open to everyone with the ability to move through seated, standing, kneeling, and reclined positions unassisted.
YOGA BASICS SCHEDULE:
Each week Lara will provide instruction and guidance on a specific pose, exercise, or breathing practice. The information and practice provided is appropriate for new and experienced practitioners.
