Yoga for BeginnersDo you experience pain or discomfort in your body? Are you feeling stressed, have difficulty sleeping, or lack energy? Learn how yoga can help you feel stronger, calmer, and more comfortable in your body in this Beginner Yoga Series.

In this 4-week series, you will learn a variety of yoga poses, benefits of practicing yoga (i.e how yoga helps with low back pain, stiff joints, insomnia, etc.), and how to incorporate yoga into your everyday life. Plus you will have ample opportunity to ask questions and get hands-on adjustments.

This series is open to men and women who are new to yoga as well as experienced practitioners who would like to revisit the basics.
